Wunmi’s sister accuses her of stealing Mohbad’s phone to frustrate investigation

Karimot, the sister of Wunmi, widow of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, has laid some allegations against the bereaved wife.

In a live session, Karimot, accused the singer’s widow of stealing the late singer’s phone from his mother shortly after his death, in a bid to frustrate the investigation into the cause of his death.

She also alleged that Wunmi has an account opened in her mother’s name where they divert the singer’s money, while adding that Mohbad’s mother-in-law advised Wunmi to remarry after Mohbad’s one-year remembrance.

Karimot further alleged that the singer’s wife knew about his death and asked those who truly seek justice to probe her about it.

Speaking in Yoruba language, Karimot said, “I have a lot of secrets, the issue of Mohbad’s phone you stole from his mother is just a hint.”

During the live session, she swore with the bond between herself and Wunmi, claiming that she was sure she stole the phone.

Tackling one of her followers who countered her, Karimot said “Why would she steal the phone? It is evidence, it is not her property.
