Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, has been pretty silent for a while especially of her social media but the pretty actress has been so engrossed with her political works that she had to put some scripts on hold to enable her concentrate.

Anyways, man shall not leave by bread alone as her political appointment as the Culture and Tourism Ambassador of Akwa Ibom state, has been making the actress smile to the bank every ending of the month, so no need to be scared for her career.

The actress has just achieved a milestone just within less than a year in office as she and her team have been able to draft and complete plans for her state to host the maiden edition of the Akwa Ibom festival tagged ‘Ibom Fest’ which will be holding in December, 2016.

“Hi, been awhile; well been working on harnessing the tourism potentials of my state and am super excited and grateful to God for the insight, and to my Governor for the opportunity to serve…and super proud to announce that, this December, drum rolls for the maiden edition of “ibomfest,”  the Akwa Ibom festival. A parade and exhibition of arts, crafts, cuisine, fashion, culture and a celebration of our heritage. By the mercies of God, we are making history. It’s going to be an interesting ride,” she announced.
