Painfully, the two Nigerian hopefuls for the BET award Best International Act, Africa, lost out to the eventual winner, Livingstone Etse Satekla a.k.a Stonebwoy.
The energetic Ghana’s Reggae and Dancehall artiste won his first BET award last night, June 28, 2015, beating the duo of Nigeria’s Wizkid and Yemi Alade.
Other nominees in the same category were Sarkodie (Ghana), Fally Ipupa (Congo), The Sauti Sol (South Africa) and AKA also from South Africa.
Recall that in 2015, Davido grabbed the BET award.
