Super talented artiste and starboy Entertainment boss Wizkid has talked about his musical career,he is one of the very few musicians that majority of Nigerians are proud of.

Wizkid was recently granted an interview where he said music icons like Snoop Dogg and Bob Marley influenced his style of music.

He further explained how anyone can become the world’s most popular musician no wonder why Wizkid is currently one of the most recognized music star in Nigerian entertainment.

Starboy recently talked about how he got to his present state and talked about those who inspired him and how people didn’t understand his music because of the language but that nothwithstanding his music is making waves in the western market.

He also added that featuring on a track with sensational rapper MI Abaga helped in making him realize that music could be taken seriously. Wizkid recently explained that anyone could be a world famous musician but it needs focus and hardwork.

He further said that he was not under any pressure by his record label Sony Music to deliver “Not everybody needs a label, but if you’re smart enough, you could be the biggest artist in the world “Wizkid said.

He also revealed that his upcoming music project that has been titled Sounds From The Other Side (SFTOS) is actually a mixtape because it is not his best work but artistes like TY Dolla Sign, Skrillex, Travis Scott, Boy Wonder, and YG (all American stars) may be featuring on the project.
