Nigerian artiste, Wizkid Ayo Balogun has confirmed his stand with Telecoms giant, Globacom following the Telecom’s review of artistes on its Glo endorsement list.
Wizkid who recently had an award sweep at the MTV MAMA Awards event and followed by his announcement as the Best African Artiste a the pre-Mobo awards took to his Twitter page to confirm that he’s no longer with the Telecoms company.
He wrote, “Officially no longer with GLO, it was nice working with the amazing people at the company, wish the company the best in the future.”
Along with Wizkid, Globacom dropped some more A-list Nigerian artistes including P-Square, Sammie Okposo, Burna Boy, and Wande Coal.
Globacom however added Timaya to the list.
