The estranged wife of broadcast journalist cum actor, Patrick Doyle, Ireti Doyle is famous for her fantastic interpretation of roles.
Since her separation from Doyle in 2018, she decided keeping a low profile on social media.
Though still acting, she curtailed her social activities.
But she became the talk-of-the-town in 2020 when her daughter, Ngozikachi Abimbola Onyeulo started selling wigs online and allegedly refused to deliver to clients.
Many called the young woman out on social media and even took on her mum, Ireti.
Fondly called Kachi, Ireti’s daughter was accused of fraudulent dealings by her clients. The 34-year-old founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kachi Beauty has been accused of swindling people of their hard-earned money.
Several distributors and customers accused her of collecting money from them and failing to supply the products.
Currently, many affected customers are calling for the arrest of Ireti Doyle’s daughter.
Meanwhile, Ireti Doyle has released a statement to distance herself from her daughter, Ngozikachi Abimbola Onyeulo’s dealings.
In the disclaimer published on her Instagram page on Monday afternoon, Ireti Doyle noted that the culprit is one of her offsprings, however, she is not affiliated with her daughter’s business affairs.
Reacting, Ireti Doyle said the CEO of Kachi Beauty is “one of my biological offsprings and that is the extent of the relationship.”
She admonished those affected to reach out directly to her daughter or the appropriate authorities equipped to deal with such issues.
But this so-called disclaimer is not going down well with many affected victims, who claimed they patronised Kachi because of her mum, Ireti.
They have started bombarding her page and lambasting her. Here are a few screenshots:
