Why Mohbad remains unburied – Father
Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad, has revealed why his son remains unburied.
According to the bereaved father, who addressed the issue in a recent video, Mohbad’s burial is on hold because the family needs to run a DNA test for the son his wife, Wunmi birthed for him.
He emphasised the necessity of the autopsy results before any decision is made regarding re-burial.
Recall that Mohbad’s remains was exhumed over six months ago following the controversies that surrounded his demise and quick burial.
The Lagos State Government, however, exhumed his body to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Over time, Mohbad’s father has been adamant about conducting a DNA test to confirm Liam’s paternity.
Last week, the mother of the late singer accused Joseph of burying Mohbad alive.
“I believe that my son was not dead as of the time he was buried. I actually told them not to bury him, but they refused. If they had not buried him at the time he did, I believe he would have lived. Joseph is actually my problem. I believe that he buried my son before he died,” she said.
