Nigerian entrepreneur, film magnate and African start-up investor Jason Njoku has made a very shocking revelation towards the most sought after thing in the world.
The CEO of Iroko TV has issued that money itself is a very big burden which he is not ready to allow his children shoulder such burden when he is demised.
Jason said he always thought that if he had what he has today that he wouldn’t ever worry about money again, but the reverse is the case has he is unable to be satisfied with what he has.
This revelation was in response to a tweet by Nairabet CEO, Akin Alabi, were he revealed that before he dies he will give out all his money so his children doesn’t take any.
In Jason Njoku words;
“10 years ago, I thought that if I had what I have today, I wouldn’t worry about money ever again. Today, my money worries are so much that I can’t think straight sometimes. I need money like mad. When I was broke I had all these things I wanted to do when I had money. Now I’m not broke I literally do none of them. I actually find money a burden. I plan to give away most of it before I die. Kids are getting $0.00. They can manage with a good education and their parents.” He wrote.
This is rather kind of strange concerning the fact that many Nigerian parent tries to develop wealth that their next 3 or 4 generations will feed on, yet someone else seems unconcerned.
