“Passion is different from purpose; purpose is solving a problem,” so says popular TV girl, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, who is one of the anchors of the popular morning programme on Television Continental (TVC), ‘Your Views’.

Morayo, who is a director at the Lagos-based television station, was a guest on a Radio Continental programme on Wednesday, January 7, 2015.

The media personality disclosed that her passion for broadcasting led her to where she is now despite her husband’s effort in getting her several jobs in other fields. Morayo said she was determined to work in the media profession.

“I zeroed my mind on what I wanted to do because I stayed focus,” she said on ‘Wetin Dey’ programme.

The pretty lady explained why she has scars in some parts of her body.

According to her, some years ago, she was involved in an accident that almost claimed her life. She explained that was in coma for about five days and her spinal cord was damaged in the accident and that she was placed her on wheel chair for four months.

Meanwhile, Morayo encouraged youths to take heed concerning the forthcoming elections in the country. She urged them to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) for make them exercise their voting rights to choose their preferred candidates.

She asked politicians to state clearly their manifestos, advising them to erase the idea of making promises of building roads.
