What I learnt from working with Davido, Kizz Daniels, others – Pryme
Singer, Promise Nwabueze, aka Pryme, has revealed the lessons he learnt from working with big shots like Kizz Daniel, Davido and Peruzzi.
According to the Fly Boy Inc. and G-Worldwide artiste, working with such singers has taught him how to add more elements to improve his music.
He said, “The major lessons I learnt working with those wonderful artistes was how to add more elements to improve my music. I have also learnt how to work under pressure, compose myself as the star that I am.”
Prime further disclosed that his biggest dream is to see his music touch lives.
In a recent interview, he said “My biggest dream is to touch lives across the world with my music. I want millions of people to listen to my songs, and experience positive change in their lives as a result of that. I want to leave a mark on the surface of the earth.”
Recalling how music began for him, the ‘Lavida’ crooner said, “Music began for me when I was 10 years old. I started in the church choir. I knew I could sing, and I had an idea or two about composing lyrics and melodies. But professionally, music making started when I was in the Imo State University. I won a singing competition, and after that, things changed for me. My friend (DJ Billz) told me we could do more, and we came to Lagos. We met a guy called DJ Chi, who is now a friend and brother; and from there, things started to pick up.”
