Nigerian singer Brymo has spoken on what he perceives is the problem of Nigeria as regards the music industry and music acts, and the consequence of such problem.
The self-acclaimed best professional musician in Africa said this in a tweet, breaking the heart of his many fans as he revealed he will eventually run away from the Giant of Africa.
According to him, Nigerian artistes are usually not rated high in their home until they gat support and gain fame in the Western nations. This, he said, is only promoting brain-drain (the migration of the talented to places where they will be valued), which may be he too may embark on.
“That’s a problem if you ask me… that until a Nigerian artiste get support from and gain fame in the west we are usually not so rated back home… we’re promoting brain-drain, even I will run away eventually”, he tweeted.
