Nigerians are surprised about the development of not being able to gain access into the united states of American despite having legal papers.

Nigeria was not listed among the countries the president of US, Donald Trump banned from getting access to the country but was given the privilege to be in the country without visa for a special period of time.

Recently, some Nigerians have been complaining bitterly of being denied access and one of them happens to be a brother to music legend, Tuface Idibia.

Hyacith Idibia has spent quite a number of years in the states with his family who are based in the US, on his return to the country, he was denied access.

Frustrated, he took to his social media account to disclose that he has being denied access to a country where his family is based leaving him stranded.

On why the US is doing this, it’s really not clear, but we hope things are being reviewed and reinstated back to normal.

If you recall, few days ago, the senior Special Assistant to the president on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri Erewa had admonished Nigerian to postpone travelling to the U.S pending when the country’s administration’s policy on immigration is clear.

This was countered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama who told Nigerians to ignore what she has said claiming there was no such news of Nigerian’s been turned back at any US airport.

He also mentioned that he has spoken to US ambassador to Nigeria and high level US officials, who assured him about nothing of such happening.

Well, it’s all clear on who is dutifully and negligent, as everything is playing out in front of us all.
