The organisers of Best of Nollywood (BON) awards have released the nominees for the awards to be held in November 2013 in Asaba, Delta State. The list was released late last week and the race has begun to unveiling the winners.
Iretiola Doyle, Chioma Akpotha, Uche Jombo, Omoni Oboli and Queen Nwokoye have made the ‘Best Actress in Leading Role in an English Movie, while Dayo Amusa, Joke Muyiwa, Khafiyat Kafidipe, Toyin Aimakhu and Mercy Aigbe made the same category but in Yoruba Movie section.
In the ‘Best Actor in a Leading Role in an English Movie category, the likes of Bloosom Chukwujekwu, Seun Akindele, Bayo Alawiye, O.C Ukeje and Funso Adeolu were nominated, while Odunade Adekola, Mike Ezenronye, Richard Aigbor, Muyiwa Ademola and Femi Adebayo made it to the Yoruba Movie section of the same category.
