Nigerian celebrities have been drawn out from their shells by Tunde Ednut after an American celebrity, Rihanna humbled herself to acknowledge some Nigerian kids.
A dance crew comprising of children based in Ikorodu of Lagos state uploaded a dance video on instagram and tagged several artiste but Rihanna was pleased with this very act.
She had to repost this two times and this got the fancy of so many people, because many Nigerian celebrities couldn’t do this.
Tunde Ednut has reacted to this new development, and has called out WIZKID, and other celebrities for not helping the “upcoming stars” by reposting their videos to their millions of followers.
Tunde shared a screenshot of Rihanna’s post, and wrote as caption: With 60million followers, they tagged her and she has posted them twice.”
“Our celebrities never even reach 10Million; them go pretend like say them no dey see anything wey dey go on for social media. Some won’t even like your post when you help them promote. They believe it’s their right for you to post their shit. Anyways, we can’t always stand on that table, we will come down from it one day because the table go tire for you. Na wood nau.”
Recently Nigerian Davido donated a huge sum of money to a music group in Rwanda and was called out for this, he was queried on why he never showed such love to help Nigerian upcoming artiste.
