Nigerian gospel singer Tope Alabi, also known as Ore ti o common, has reiterated her position on the alleged sexual relationship with her late spiritual father, Prophet Elijah Ajanaku.
She said this today, 16th December during an interview with a popular TV station. Tope said she had no sexual attachment with the late man of God and before the whole accusation started she had already left the church having heard from God about the personality of the Prophet.
The ace gospel singer also said that she was not a member of his church but was always visiting to encourage the members. She confessed that the man of God told her to use her influence to publicize the church, that she should let people know that he was her spiritual father which she did especially in all her songs as she would always praise him.

Tope was able cut ties with the Prophet after she got a ministration from God. In her words,” There was nothing sexual between Ajanaku and I. I was at his church for ministration and I used to contribute my tithe at his church. Before news made the rounds that he was into traditional things, I had parted ways with him 3 years before then. God revealed to me that he’s that kind of person, hence my decision.”
Speaking about reason why she has not had any endorsement deal for now, she said that it was because she is doing gospel music.
Tope has also groomed some upcoming artiste who will take over the industry tomorrow.
