Cleanliness they say is next to Godliness. This saying was well demonstrated by top Ghanaian actress, Selassi Ibrahim when took time to partake in community clean-up exercise in Mina area of Ghana.
According to information available to Nigeriafilms.com, Selassie joined her production team, Smarttys Management and Production in conjunction with Zoomline, last week Saturday to clean choked drainages at the Nima Market located in a suburb of Accra, Ghana.
The clean-up exercise, which was part of one year anniversary celebration of her Smart People TV programme, was aimed at encouraging indigenes to inculcate the habit of keeping their environment neat. It was also a way of giving back to the society.
She made donations to the Solid Rock Academy Foundation in Kwabenya, Osu Children’s Home, Help Age Ghana and others.
