FAME Foundation and MALLPAI Foundation have put together Women for Women Conference in Abuja to educate, inspire and empower women, also to support rural women farmers in the FCT to start with.
The one-day event is a gathering of women from diverse background to share their stories by using it to empower other women. In total, eight women will be speaking at the event with three moderators in a three-panel discussion.
Among the speakers were Harriet Thompson, Deputy British High Commissioner; Shirley Ho-Vicario, Philippines Ambassador to Nigeria, Shirley Ho-Vicario; Aisha Bagudu, Wife of Kebbi state governor; Pauline Torehall, Head of Politics at the European Union; Ruth Zumbuehl, Consul and First Secretary at the Switzerland Embassy in Nigeria, among others.

Embattled Nollywood Actress Tonto Dikeh was also present as well as other eminent women to moderate the conference.
The aim of the programme according to the organisers is to bring women together to share their lessons, challenges, and in general, life experiences to uplift and empower other women
With such class of conference,we least expect that Tonto Dikeh would be part of it much less a moderator.
Recall sometime ago,she talked about it on her Instagram that she would be one of the speakers and this made one wonder,what does she have to offer to other women after her failed marriage?
Well,Tonto was at the Women 4 Women conference that held at the International Conference Center in Abuja and surprisingly she wore a hijab like though she was a muslim and this has got her fans wondering as she was also wearing this sober look.
She posted the photos on her Instagram page and these has stirred reactions amongst fans who see it as a strategy to attract more sympathy.
Remember Tonto Dike is at the centre of an messed up marriage with her enstranged husband coming up to say he is no more interested in the marriage after the insultive text to his mother by Tonto leaked online.
So we truly wonder,what does she have to offer to other women after her seemingly bizarre attitude to her mother inlaw?
