Nigerian singer, performer and actress Tiwatope Savage-Balogun, better known by her stage name Tiwa Savage was born on 5th February 1980 in Ikeja.
The Mavin first lady is +1 today and she has been celebrated by many of her fans, friends and even many prominent people of the country.
The songstress is married to Tunji Balogun “Tee Billz” in 2013, she has a son named Jamil Balogun.
The multiple award winning singer is a graduate of Kent University and also Berklee College of Music were she graduated with a degree in professional music at the age of 27.
She also participated in the UK edition of the X-Factor in 2006 where she advanced to the last 24.
She has performed alongside many international artiste like Sting, 50 Cent, The Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Robbie Williams and Destiny’s Child, and many others.
At the age of 16 she did backup vocals for George Michael and also lent vocals to the likes of Mary J. Blige, Chaka Khan, Blu Cantrell, Emma Bunton, Kelly Clarkson, Andrea Bocelli, and Ms. Dynamite e.t.c.
