Senior pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare has said Tithing isn’t compulsory as no one should feel compelled to pay.
He said this during an interview on BBC Yoruba service, adding that ‘Churches where pastors are becoming fat and the members are growing lean, God will judge them’.
Meanwhile Pastor Tunde Bakare has slammed President Muhammadu Buhari-led government, asserting that he has failed Nigerians.
In an interview on AIT, Bakare said expectations of Nigerians had not been met by the Federal Government and that he was particularly disappointed about the handling of killings by herdsmen, particularly that of Benue State.
