Confirmed reports getting to Nigeriafilms.com has it that gospel artiste, Tim Godfrey, who was earlier reported by Nigeriafilms.com to have been kidnapped last night, has been released.
According to a message sent to Nigeriafilms.com, the Agidigba crooner is said to be hale and hearty.
Speaking exclusively to Nigeriafilms.com, Sabina of Naija FM, who is very close pal of the artiste, confirmed the release of Tim Godfrey.
She said that Tim reported his kidnap in a police station in Ajah this morning, after he was released by the kidnappers. She confirmed that the artiste is presently receiving treatment at an unnamed hospital in Ajah.
Efforts by Nigeriafilms.com to get through to Tim Godfrey proved abortive as at the time of filing this report, as he is said to be receiving treatment.
