Recently, some part of the world celebrated the girl child and Port Harcourt base singer, Duncan Mighty, decided to air his voice especially about early child marriage which is rampant in some part of the country.
After taking his time to do a research on the side effect of early child marriage, the singer educated those who don’t know that such marriages has side effect on the health of the child like making her disable for life.
He had a picture of a child bride at a wedding to drive home his point adding that a girl child needs a pencil to write and that the thing between the legs of a man.
“Please my people lend your voices to End child marriages. Many child brides develop fistula as a result of early pregnancy that subsequently will either kill them or render them disabled for life. This little child needs a PENCIL not a PEN*IS,” he wrote.
