Last week, Davido showed off his ‘new crib’ and it got the media and his fans a little bit confused. Well, here’s the gist.
In April 2016, Davido lamented on his snapchat on the need to relocate from his present location in location, claiming he had ‘casted’. He shared a photo of people with placards standing in-front of his house waiting to beg him for money and tagged it ‘I need to move, my house don cast’.
Afterwards, he visited a site in Lekki to inspect his soon -to-be-comepleted crib, he said it would be ready in two months time. Well, fast forward to over a year and no update on the new crib.

Recently, he gave update on his crib, with captions like ‘Crib almost done’, ‘can’t wait to move to the crib’ and all. Well, fans started wondering if he completed a new building.
The answer is No. The house he has been eager to move into, is his old house which was under renovation by Infinite Construction company.
He’s spent millions of naira to renovate it while his actual new crib is nearing completion.
