The female category award I received put me in trouble – Bobrisky
Embattled Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, has blamed the award he received from actress Eniola Ajao as the ‘Best Dressed Female’ at her movie premiere for her troubles.
The controversial crossdresser vowed never to accept any award or recognition designed for females.
Reflecting on his ordeal in a post on his Instagram story, Bobrisky wrote, “My problem started when I collected the best dressed female award with N1 million prize.
“For my life, if I see an award for best dressed female I go disappear from that location ASAP. Everyone knows the truth that I am a baddie with class, you wanna compete with me? Your mummy never!!!! But when the problem wan too much make I run,” he said.
Recall that shortly after the controversial award, Bobrisky was for naira abuse at the award ceremony, and was sentenced to six months jail.
Shortly after his jail term, a leaked audio of the crossdresser claiming to have bribed EFCC officials to evade money laundering charges against him, and serving his sentence in a luxury apartment, surfaced on the internet.
The development generated controversy on the internet and also led to his re-arrest.
