Over the weekend, an unavoidable scene occurred along the major street of Owerri when a street hawker, a boy of 15 received tips from Nollywood actor, Chima Ewurum and fainted.
Happened along the major street of Wethral in Owerri, it attracted on-lookers and by-passers who came to help in reviving the boy with an undisclosed identity.
According to an eye-witness, we gathered that the street hawker after cleaning the car windshield of the actor fainted when he received a token from him, which was far beyond his expectation.
“After cleaning the windshield of his car, the actor questioned him on what he will be doing with the money, and to how much he was expecting to be paid for the service. The boy had to reply that the sum of fifty to one hundred naira will be gladly accepted. To his surprise, the actor gave him a bundle of cash; so he fainted,” an eye-witness recalls.

Meanwhile the actor cum producer, Chima Ewurum could not grant interview at the scene, as he said that his deed was an act of willingness and not for public showcase. The producer of the wave-making home video, My Bet went further to encourage his fans to invest some part of their earnings into charity.
