Once again, veteran musician, Majek Fashek has said that he will not be participating at an ongoing advert of a reggae concert tagged, ‘Reggae Meets Africa and World Music Fesival 2016’ billed for November 26, at the Hockey Pitch, national stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

The musician made this known through his music business consultant, Mr. Omenka Uzoma Day who said that despite warning the organizer of the event, Victor Eshiet of the Mandators fame to stop using the rainmaker’s name, he has continued and even organized a press conference yesterday November 8 intimating the public of Majek’s participation at the event.

He said: We are warning unsuspecting public that are currently purchasing ticket to watch Majek that they will be disappointed as he will not show up. He is wrapping up his album in the UK and preparing for a huge concert in Manchester for December. We are going to sue the organizers if they continue to use Majek’s name who he did not contact for the show. Be warned!”
