A Judge has ordered Chris Brown’s  stalker, Danielle Patti to stay away from the singer, his home and shows for the next 5 years. Patti underwent a mental evaluation after her latest arrest at the singer’s home.

“Danielle Patti must stay away from Breezy, his home and his shows for 5 years … according to the judge’s order. Patti’s not a high risk right now . She’s currently in a mental hospital as a result of her last trespassing arrest at Chris’ house

Patti was arrested for trespassing in Brown’s home in December 2015. At the time, she claimed the two had hooked up, and that she was trying to leave but her vehicle was blocked in. Then Brown’s attorney said the singer was planning to file a temporary restraining order against her.

This is where it got messy, as Patti filed a restraining order against Brown. The R&B star was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Chris, after she claimed he was harassing her on social media and had posted a death threat.
