Singer Dele Gold is dead
Tragedy struck the gospel music industry of Nigeria as popular singer, Dele Gold is confirmed dead.
It was gathered that Dele died on Wednesday after a brief illness.
Confirming Dele Gold’s death, his colleague, Alayo Melody in a post on his official page, wrote, “Dele Gold died kee? Ahhh This is getting too much!!!! May God help us stop this untimely death. Dele Agbeyo May your soul rest well.”
The singer’s death came barely a month after another rising star Aduke Ajayi, better known as Aduke Gold, sadly passed away.
Dele Gold revealed in an interview before his death that he was initially indifferent about becoming a singer but was driven to pursue the path after a series of dreams where he found himself composing and singing. He believed his musical calling was divinely inspired.
