The Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popular known as Wizkid has given his reason why he was absent at Banky’s wedding ceremony in Cape Town.

Wizkid said he couldn’t go down to South Africa as he promised to after he missed the traditional marriage because his passport was withheld.

The two were seen parting together in Victoria Island along with Paul Okoye.

Missing this day is something that will forever make me sad, but this is not about me, its abt you! Enjoy! Happiness and love forever! Still waiting on my passport,” he wrote
