The leader of the terrorist sects Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau has stated reason why they bombed the University of Maiduguri after claiming responsibility of the attack.
The attack which has a 7 year old boy as one of the attackers killed a professor of the university with three others.
He released a tape in Hausa where he said that they got pissed off because the school was mixing “Islam with democracy”.
“we carried out the University of Maiduguri Bomb at the mosque. We did it because they are mixing Islam with democracy.
“We carried out the attack in the morning and I am speaking to you this evening, here in Maiduguri and you will see more of this attacks,” He revealed.
