Shallipopi berates ‘broke’ men
Nigerian singer Crown Uzama, popularly known as Shallipopi, has denigrated men who are not financially buoyant.
The singer, who categorised men who are not wealthy as women, stressed that finances is essential for manhood.
In a post he made on his X handle on Friday, Shallipopi wrote, “Na money make u be man, if u nor get join the ladies set.”
In another post, the superstar slammed poor men who fall in love instead of chasing money.
“If u like no get money, dey find babe, u fit say life na 2014,” he wrote.
His views angered some fans who told him that money isn’t everything but he insisted that money was essential.
