The Segun Arinze and Emeka Ike-led factions of Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) will be in court again on Monday next week.

The case, which was filed by Emeka Ike concerning the leadership tussle between him and Arinze, has witnessed about three adjournments, but it is likely to be heard finally next week.

For about two months now, members of the guild have been waiting to hear the judgment that will be delivered from a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi.

Meanwhile, a case filed by the Ejike Asiegbu faction of the guild was thrown out by the court last week.
