The president of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari is currently on vacation since on the 19th of January 2016 and would be expected back into the country on the 6th of February 2017.
He was to have travelled to London on medical vacation which makes it the second time the president would be seeking medical attention since he took over power in May 29, 2015.
Nigerian artiste, Ruggedman who doesn’t seem pleased with the situation of the country like every other citizen, has taken his time to pen down a poem shading the President.
The change Nigerians voted for is definitely different from the change they received, yet, Nigerians are still hopeful the government would be go round the bend to restore stability.
In his words: “Our president is on vacation, Nigerian illegal immigrants are allegedly killed in Libya. Our President is on vacation, a bottle of kerosene that used to sell for N100 now sells for N550. Our President is on Vacation, we still do not have light but…Our president is on Vacation! Herdsmen are killing innocent people, Our President is on Vacation! Schools are on strike… Our President is on Vacation! Dollars is N490 now and Our President is on Vacation.”
