This is a wake up call that not very mad man you see on the streets is really mad. An incident allegedly took place yesterday on the Otokutu Bridge, Ughelli in Delta state.
It was said that two men who dressed like a mad person attacked a woman who was gathering sands, and began dragging her to their hideout under the bridge.
Unfortunately for them and fortunately for the woman, whose screams attracted drivers and passengers who stopped to see what was happening.
Their attitude further gave room for suspicion that they were ritual killers and they were apprehended. They were beaten mercilessly before the arrival of the police who later took them away.
