Hurray, one of Nollywood’s super icon,Rita Dominic (full name Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Waturuocha) has reached a milestone.
The multiple award wining actress, clocked 40 years today, July 12, 2015.
Miss Dominic who is still single and enjoying every bit of her spinster-hood belongs to the Royal Waturuocha family of Aboh Mbaise region.
She is the youngest child and grew up in the family of health workers.
Her mother worked as a nurse and father was a doctor.
The ‘Meeting’ movie star studied at the elite Federal Government College in Nigeria prior to entering the University of Port Harcourt. In 1999 she finished the education with a BA-degree in Theater Arts.
From childhood Rita Dominic knew, what she wanted to dedicate life to. Before becoming a famous actress Rita played in the performances at school.
She also gained experience during children’s television shows in Imo state. In 1998 Rita made her debut in the film “A time to kill”.
