Nigerian singer Burna Boy has revealed why he doesn’t use Instagram and every other social media platforms.
The singer made the revelation while speaking in an interview on the Breakfast Club show with Charlamagne Tha God and Dj Envy.
While defending his reason for not using the platforms, Burna Boy mentioned that he decided to stay off them to avoid the negative vibes of most users as they come on the platforms with their problems and insecurities.
He said he has his own problem and would not want other people to add more fuel to his fire.
He however mentioned that the only App he has on his phone is WhatsApp and he got that from his mother.
Recall in May 2019, Burna Boy stated that he was quitting social media in an Instagram story where he disclosed that his social media will now be managed by management.
Announcing his departure from social media, Burna Boy wrote:
“I’m leaving all social media platforms permanently. They are now all strictly for my show dates and New music. My social media will now be in full control of management. Love and positivity to ALL.”
