Popular video director, TG Omori down with kidney issues
ThankGod ‘TG’ Omori, the Nigerian music video director, has opened up on his battle with kidney failure.
TG Omori posted a picture of himself laying on a hospital bed and revealed that his only brother gave him one of his kidneys so he could live again.
The 29-year-old celebrity cinematographer wrote on X, “Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.”
With tears rolling down his cheek, Omori wrote, “Keep my spirit alive” and “I don’t want to die”.
The video director added that the kidney transplant took place on August 26, 2024.
