Oh dear!!! A bad news in a festive period for a popular disc jockey in Abuja, Martins Valentine, ,who has been heartbroken after another DJ fled with his equipment worth over N200,000 at Dakibiu Village in Jabi area of the federal capital city.
Mr. Valentine started that when he agreed to lend the equipment to Amos Kani for a gig.
“We took the equipment to the venue of the said show so I could help him set it up. Unfortunately, I forgot the speaker wire at home. Before I returned to the venue with the wire, I couldn’t find Amos or my equipment anywhere around”, he told PREMIUM TIMES.
“It was people around that told me that as I left, he hurriedly packed the equipment into a car and left. I’ve since been trying his number but it is switched off.”
According to DJ Valley, all efforts to track down the suspect had proved abortive.
