Beyond the Nigerian entertainment scene, Omotola Jalade, the ace Nollywood actress and musician has become a big brand outside the shores of Nigeria. She has just returned from the recently held 15th Annual Nigerian Reunion held at Orlando, Florida, where she hosted and performed alongside other top Nigerian artistes such as Helen Paul, Eldee, Basketmouth, M.I, Yvonne Orji, Seyi Brown and others.

She returned to Nigeria weeks back and her first public appearance was at Psquare’s ‘Invasion’ album launch at Eko Hotel and did a follow-up at Uche Jombo’s movie premiere ‘Damage’.

Omotola who has been off social scenes due to the fact that she has been busy on two international jobs ‘Ties that binds’ in Ghana, an African movie written and produced by Leila Djansi where she acted alongside four-time NAACP Image Award winner, Kimberly Elise. The other being ‘Amina’ a movie she shot in UK where she acted alongside British renowned actor and boxer, Will Johnson.

Omotola who is not known to attend every event as she’s quite selective and get paid to grace some of these events is gearing up for another movie with greater international dimension. She is however keeping the deal under her wrap.

The super star actress is back at her desk in her GRA office where she going through scripts and attending to other businesses outside of the entertainment industry.
