Following the warrant of arrest of Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi issued by an Osun State Chief Magistrates over allegation of yahoo fraud, the Oba has blasted the magistrate.
The first-class traditional ruler who was accused by another Oluwo of Iwo-Oke, Oba Kadiri Adeoye, of engaging in internet fraud described the magistrate as mentally retarded and called him a monkey who should be confined to at the famous Aro Mental Hospital in Abeokuta, Ogun State for daring to order that he should be arrested.
“The monkey magistrate that issued an arrest warrant is mentally retarded and needs to be probed, remanded and dumped at Aro Psychiatric Hospital, Abeokuta,” he ranted in an interview with a television station.
He said that the reason other monarchs in the state are against him ws because refused to follow them in their idol worship secret cults.
But an eyewitness debunked this claim made by the Oba Abdulrasheed by saying that he was completely part of the whole rituals carried out during and after the installation.
The Oba has refused to come under the arms of the law but expect people to respect orders passed by him. Anyways we wait to see if the Oba will adhere to the laws of his country or is he also above the laws?
