In an entertainment industry like that of Nigeria, there are similarities in names of entertainers that ought to stand out as an individual and a brand.

This is much expected, but then seeking permission sounds funny though as it appears none of these names is registered with the CAC.

An upcoming DJ recently reached out to popular on air personality, OAP Toolz Demuren.

He sought  her permission to used her name ’Toolz’ as his Dj name but the OAP bluntly refused telling him to seek another name.

This has got trolls attacking the OAP, asking if she registered the name with the CAC and on what grounds would she refuse another person from using the name.
