Nollywood actor Wale Ojo is introducing a new and fun way of watching movie without squashing next to some stranger.
The actor in a recent interview said he is working on building an open air cinema in Lagos state, Nigeria.
An open air cinema is an environment where you come with friends and family, sit comfortably, probably like having a picnic and watching movie. How cool is that?!
Speaking on Day Pass with Accelerate TV, the actor cum musician revealed his plans, stated:
I really believe in community cinema – that is, cinema for the people,” he said. “What I’m trying to do is create a huge open-air space where everybody comes to watch a Nigerian film and pay about N150 to N200 to enjoy themselves.
The talented actor recently featured in the much anticipated movie ‘Ayamma’, a musical, star-studded movie which focuses on culture and history, stars Majid Michel as Ekong, Ime Bishop Umoh as Aniefiok, Adesua Etomi as Iko, Theresa Edem as Princess Ama and Wale Ojo as Prince Darima.
