South African rapper Cassper Nyovest has stated that south African rappers are making waves in the African market than Nigerian rappers.
It was earlier stated by MI Abaga that Nigerian rappers should go fix up their lines, well maybe he was right about this.
The awardee of the best hip-hop artist by SOUNDCITY stated this in an interview with online tv platform where he talked extensively about African hip-hop.
He further stated that Nigerian rappers are only known in Nigerian that in South Africa Nigerian rappers are yet to make wave. As for me Cassper said many people in Nigeria have heard of my songs and I go beyond South Africa to perform.
This should be seen as a challenge by Nigerian rappers rather than as an insult in other to dominate the continent.
