Nigerian gospel singer, Aduke Gold is dead
Tragedy struck the gospel music community in Nigeria as rising star Aduke Ajayi, better known as Aduke Gold is confirmed dead.
The death of Aduke Gold was made public by her colleague, Esther Igbekele, who posted a tribute in X with Aduke Gold’s picture and the caption, “A general has fallen. RIP.”
Before her demise, the singer made an impact on the Nigerian gospel community with her soul-lifting songs and passion for her gift.
Aduke Gold’s breakthrough single, “Nitori 0go” (translated as ‘Because of Glory’), featured on her popular eight-track album, gained viral praise on social media.
Friends and fans of the deceased have started praying for the repose of her soul.
