2016 has been a good one for Praiz Adejo, who has the rare honour of being the first African to have 6th of February set aside for him as ‘Praiz Adejo’ day by a state governor of Minnesota, in America. He is not even bothered about the little controversy it generated. Well, that is not our story for today. Praiz has revealed that there is no love in the music industry and also have shared what he would want to see in his future wife.
If not music, Praiz would have been a footballer “I actually wanted to be a footballer. Everyone knows that I love football. It’s like a cliché now that artistes would prefer to be a sportsman but really for me I would have been a footballer if not for music. I actually played for a football club in Kaduna where I lived. Celestine Babayaro was my senior at Islanders club in Kaduna. I played as a striker then. But as fate will have it I became a musician after Project Fame.
Praiz future dream is to have a Grammy Nominee and for his future wife, he has these things for her to know “My wife has to be ambitious, understanding, patient, a good dresser, someone who can engage me in a conversation and someone who loves God”
Talking about the music industry “Beef in the industry is not good. There is no real love in the industry. I know where I am coming from, I know where I am and it has to be good.”
