Kannywood actress Maryam Waziri Musa has said that her Islamic faith does not permit her from kissing, romancing or touching a man in movies.

She disclosed that as an actress, and according to her faith, she is not allowed to sit close to a man who is not her husband. And since she is not married in real life, she is not permitted to play such role in movies.

Maryam noted that although it makes the movie looks so fake but she has no regret about it.

She said that she is not happy about it professionally but what matters to her is her faith which is her priority.
