Young comedian, Otolorin Kehinde Peter, a.k.a Kenny Blaq has traced the beginning of his sojourn into the world of humor and thanked his father for introducing him into music at his early age.
“I come from a music family and everybody in my family loves music and it passed on to me, particularly my father in particular was always using music to passed messages to us; particularly, when he wants to tell you something mischievous.

So in no time I started seeing something different in everything anybody says. So indirectly my father opened my mind to this creativity that you are witnessing today.
Ironically, it was this same father who almost stopped him from exploring his hidden talent “when I told my father I wanted to go into full time comedy he was mad and said I cannot go into comedy, after months of wrangling he called on me and said what name will you call yourself as a comedian and when I said Kenny Blaq, he screamed and said we are cherubim and Seraphim church members we do not associate with the color black.

“To cut the long story short when I came back from my first Calabar carnival and showed my father what I was paid and he saw that it was close to a million he looked at me and said Kenny Blaq when is your next show, so I will say I bribed him with that money.
