On Sunday, March 6, 2016, some part of the world celebrated mother’s Day and Nigeria was not left as this led to many coming out to celebrate and recall how their mothers had suffered to bring them up.
Sure, some Nigerian entertainers were not left out as they shared their own mother’s story. For pregnant Nollywood actress, Susan Peters, it is way of celebrating all women in the world.
According to her, women are the once playing the major roles in the life of a man and as such, they deserve the best and to be well cared for.
She pointed out that right from marriage down to what the man thinks, it is always decided by the woman. She added that the woman cares for the home, goes to labour and almost lost her life, cares for the man family, helps to train the child, lost her figure and lots of other things at home.
Susan questioned that considering all what a woman goes through in the hands of the man she loves, “Who is is really doing whom a favour.”
“Dear men, appreciate the women in your lives always, because it is not easy to be a woman. Being a woman is priceless,” she said.
