The last time we saw Nollywood veteran actress Bukky Ajayi was during the 2016 edition of the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA) in Lagos. She was on wheelchair where she cried after receiving her AMVCA Industry Merit Award.
Richard Mofe-Damijo has shown us a clip of what she looked like before now with a throw back picture.
RMD said “One of the sweetest persons I know on the face of this earth. Ever smiling, young at heart, ageless and most gracious and graceful aunty Bukky Ajayi. My bae and personal person… my very own . Yeah don’t ask me what happened to my hair… yes I am old I know -lol- “
She once said about Nollywood movies:
“Movie scripts are expected to educate viewers and families about morals, not the trend of promoting armed robbers and provocative stuffs that is currently obtainable in the industry.
Most of them are even recycled stories.” She added “I rejected a script sometimes ago it because after reading it, I realized that it was an English film I had watched that he changed. I had watched the film in London. So how do you expect me to take part in such film? I won’t do that,”
