Do you know Kate Henshaw? That ever young actress that has refuse to age even though she is in her 40s, she is reportedly branded the strongest and fittest actress in Nollywood.

The talented actress has refused to show any sign of growing old, with her youthful and energetic nature it will be assumed that her fitness level has kept her in this condition so far.

With the constant photos and videos of her fitness session, she is the only actress in Nollywood that has been this serious in her fitness exercise.

Kate Henshaw-Nuttall was born on 19 July 1971 at Calabar, Cross River state. She is a Nigerian actress in 2008 she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.

In 1993 Henshaw auditioned for the lead role in the movie When the Sun Sets and was handed the role. This was her first appearance in a major Nollywood movie. Henshaw has starred in over 45 Nollywood movies.

After completing her primary and secondary school in Lagos and Calabar, she spent one year at the University of Calabar reading remedial studies, and then majored in Medical Microbiology at the School of Medical Lab Science, LUTH (Lagos University Teaching Hospital) in Lagos. Henshaw worked at the Bauchi State General hospital.

She is 46 years of age and has a daughter name Danielle nuttall.
