Lanre Jason Onabowale, the son of Charis Onabowale respected owner of popular eatery Mama Cass is back on the streets.
He was arrested and incarcerated in a London jail on serial rape charges in 2006.
Sources based in London informed that he is free again and now spotted here and there.
However unlike his pre prison days when he was reputed to have expended $1,000 a week partying- Lanre is said to now maintain a discreet profile.
Lanre Onabowale was convicted for five rapes and one sexual assault in 2006.
Prosecutors established that Onabowale operated under different aliases in perpetrating his crime against women.
Aside his prison sentence, his name was put on the sex offenders list for life.
Part history of his crime obtained from foreign tabloid The Sun at the time of his conviction read thus: ‘His first victim was a 25-year-old boutique manager who woke at a hotel to find him having sex with her.
In 2004, he raped a 26-year-old in a London flat. Police took no action in either case. Blayde left London to start a management course at Hull University. There last November he raped two women. One aged 20 the other 19’.
He used the alias Jason Blayde at a point in time.
